Initial Notice

Where necessary, we will liaise with statutory bodies such as water authorities, environmental health, and planning departments to ensure full compliance across all relevant regulations.
Inspection Plan (IP)
A bespoke IP will be developed for your project, outlining key construction stages that require inspection. This plan is monitored and adapted as the project evolves to ensure appropriate oversight and risk management.
Final Certificate
Issuance
Upon satisfactory completion and compliance with Building Regulations, we will issue a Final Certificate. This document is often required for selling, leasing, or insuring the property.

Design Stage Compliance Assessment

Consultation
For projects where fire safety is a critical factor, we will consult with the local Fire Service to ensure your design meets all fire safety requirements under Approved Document B.
Site Inspections

Expert Witness Work
This service delivers independent expert witness support in legal, regulatory, or tribunal proceedings under the Building Safety Act. The appointed expert will conduct forensic building safety assessments, identify safety defects and non-compliance, certify findings based on statutory obligations, testify in courts or inquiries if required, and support accountable persons and duty holders with formal documentation
